Humanities Texas

The Classical Music Institute (CMI) provides classical music education and orchestral performances in the San Antonio area. Created to inspire intellectual curiosity, foster personal growth, and cultivate better citizens, CMI’s programming is guided by three pillars: education, collaboration, and transformative performances. Musicians participate through ticketed concerts, workshops, and outreach events for students and young professionals. This model increases access to music education in Bexar County, advancing CMI’s mission to make classical music a gateway to the arts.
